Coyote
She's the owner of the Seamstress Union Hall, mostly just called the Union. It's a well known nightclub, strip joint and whorehouse on the Redmond strip, it's also an open secret that there is a safe house for runners in the basement. The safehouse has a tunnel opening to the Maze and it connects the Union to many of Redmond's "shadow service" merchants. Coyote operates as a fixer for the local up and coming talent. She is a human woman that looks to be in her late 50's and its known that she is a retired Shadowrunner. She has a high quality obvious cyberarm and the fast twitch that indicated wired reflexes. She also sports some major facial scars but she never answers questions about how she got them.

Slammer
A tall middle aged Orc and a former Shadowrunner with a heavy rep, the word is that he has extensive bioware implants. He is Coyote's right hand man and in charge of physical security for the Union's safehouse. He also serves as the head bouncer in the nightclub upstairs. Local hard cases are always picking fights with him in attempts to increase their own reputations but those scuffles always end with their asses skidding across the sidewalk outside.

Munnin
A black feathered pixie that works as the Union's business manager. He is a powerful social adept with the skills and magic to get whatever he wants out of just about anyone. He keeps a host of spirits on hand to provide the astral and magical security for both the club and safehouse. Word is that he and his twin brother Huginn were part of a kick Euro black ops team but if the topic come up he refuses to confirm or deny it. Munnin is well connected with several unlicensed talismongers and the local magical society "Mana". He is a good contact for obtaining reagents, spell formulas and foci with no questions asked. He has been known to run the shadows as a specialist for teams lacking a face or a mage but his fee is pretty high and he will not work with anyone lacking a good rep.

Huginn
A black feathered pixie that runs the Union's matrix host and provides general tech support. He is a well known local hacker and his icon Eros is a common sight in the Emerald Grid. He provides matrix security for both the nightclub and safehouse. Word is that he and his twin brother Munnin were part of a kick Euro black ops team but if the topic come up he refuses to confirm or deny it. He is well connected with several local smugglers and is a good contact for obtaining gray market (or black market) electronics and software with no questions asked. He has been known to run the shadows as a specialist for teams lacking a decker but his fee is pretty high and he will not work with anyone lacking a good rep.

Mr. Van Graas
A middle aged dwarf and a local Redmond fence that has been a fixture at the Union for as long as anyone can remember. Every night he can be found at "his" table at the back of the club. If you need to unload something that "fell off the back of the truck" of if you are looking for some discounted merchandise then this is your dwarf. Deals are done at the table but pick-up and delivery are handled at one of his numerous warehouses or drop points by one of his associates. Van Graas is also frequently a Mr Johnson hiring Shadowrunner teams to locate and secure particular items for particular customers.

Herr Muller
Runs a shop he likes to call "Weapon World" out of a fortified bunker in the basement of a burned out building. Located north of the Strip with the entrance opening up to The Maze. A wide selection of arms are available with customizations done in house. Body armor is available too but only off the shelf stuff, if you want a tailored fit you have to look elsewhere. Prices are generally high but the quality of the merchandise is high too, all identifying information has been removed before is goes up for sale. Muller is loosely affiliated with Coyotes organization and the best way to get into his shop is to have a password from her.

Doctor Lee or just "Doc"
Runs what is said to be the finest black clinic west of Chiba and certainly the best in Seattle. The unnumbered and untraceable cyberware, bioware and genetech avalable are all top of the line, as is the medical skill of the staff. Rumor is that the entire facility is a gray market setup for a major corp, generating revenue thru bypassing the laws that typically apply to such augmentations. The clinic is located in the basement of a building close to the union. Runners recovering for injuries and staying at the Union safehouse can add medical treatment to their tab by having the Doc or one of his assistants stop in dally to check on them.

Dr. Lu Tran
Street Doc at Dr. Bob’s Quickstitch Clinic, “Dr. Bob’s” is a name that has been around Redmond for years, although there seems to be no evidence an actual “Dr. Bob” ever even existed. Several street docs in different locations have used the name and reputation of the discreet and efficient Dr. Bob. In fact, a few have even done so at the same time. The current Dr. Bob’s Quickstitch is run by Dr. Lu Tran, who prefers not to discuss his background, but word has it he is formerly of Yamatetsu.

Viktor Oleg
- Chop Shop Mechanic, Viktor buys and sells "salvage" vehicles out of his west Redmond shop. Word is that he found his way to Seattle from Hong Kong but before that who knows, he doesn't really talk about it. Wherever he came from, when he got to Redmond he set up shop as a Mechanic. His skill is bar none, but he can be unorthodox at times and cut some corners. If the Nuyen is good he can turn any broken-down heap into Factory brand new build.

Yarroslav Alexandrov
Black Marketer, Some people have accused Yarro of running a flea market instead of a black market. The Redmond warehouse he operates out of is stuffed to the ceiling with just about every consumer product imaginable (and some that are beyond imagination). A lot of his gear may be second hand and a little beat up but he makes sure it all works before he offers it for sale. Yarro seems to have a talent for having just what you want when you want it, and if for some reason he doesn't have it he can probably get it for you.

Crimson Johnny (John Red-Trace)
Reporter / Matrix Blogger / Trid Pirate. A local Redmond celebrity of sorts, Johnny is half Native American, a pro metahuman blogger, and occasionally a broadcaster of pirate trid or audio signals (when he can get his equipment up and running). He speaks out primarily against Humanis and its related groups exposing how the anti metahuman organizations are breaking the law. In the course of his investigative reporting he has ended up on the wrong side of KE several times for being too close to open crime scenes.

Sonya Scholl
The current mayor of Redmond she has ran, unopposed, as a Socialist in the last two elections. Still being alive after eight years in office should tell you that she is not your average politician. Scholl is tough like krill-jerky, and she isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty to fix what needs fixing. She isn’t corrupt, but she isn’t above hiring shadowrunners to deal with troublesome gangs or to steal back government assets.

Nickolas Blake
A well known local community activist and the founder of the anti-gang politiclub "The Peoples Militia". He has some affiliation with Ares and leases part of the old Microsoft campus from them to use as his headquarters. The Peoples Militia members also appear to be very well equipped for a Redmond organization, sporting a lot of quality Ares gear. He is now stepping into the political arena challenging Redmond Mayor Sonya Scholl in this year’s upcoming election. Blake announced that he is running on the Republican ticket and claims to have the full support of Governor Brackhaven.

Urubia
This lesser dragon is usualy seen out in the metahuman guise of a female elf. She has interests all over Seattle and beyond, but her lair is in Central Redmond. It used to be four sixteen-story low-income apartment towers, but Urubia transformed them, along with neighborhood, into a neutral campus for Seattle’s criminal element. Three of the towers function as apartments and offices, with the top three floors of each being large, open space areas. The fourth tower is the Funhouse. Urubia has her lair on the top four floors, and the lower ten floors house hundreds of metahumans, mostly Awakened. The two floors below Urubia’s lair and the apartments offer every form of wild, wicked, or wanton activity. Rumors suggest metahuman trafficking, but no one has ever objected to being in Urubia’s service. Even stranger, Urubia seems almost addicted to being around these metahumans she has collected.

Argus
Street Mage, Argus is a former Halloweener, a skilled mage and the founder of the magical society Mana. The groups headquarters are in an abandoned office building in west Redmond, and lucky for you, they aren’t picky about who joins. Most gangs don’t have the resources to train their magically inclined members, so Mana has stepped in to fill that void. Mana’s only requirement is that its members don’t associate with cops. They don’t charge membership dues and they don’t have rules.

Yuuma Shigeda
Head of Redmond operations for the Kanaga-Gumi. Yuma is the grandson of former Obayun of the Shigeda-gumi, Takeo Shigeda. He was an up-and-comer in Seattle’s Yakuza, but his very flagrant addiction to cars, BTLs, and girls from the Ork Underground brought a good deal of shame—and publicity—to his family. So his father banished him to the Barrens to learn respect. Still, his money is good, and he is looking to earn his honor back, so he is motivated to further the Yakuza interest in Redmond.

Gin Akuma
Yakuza Lieutenant with the Kanaga-Gumi, conducts most of his business from the private back room of the Phoenix House. He has extensive cybernetic work that includes full body plating. If you manage to get a close look you can see that all of the chrome has lightly etched Oriental patterns in the style of tattoos that many other Yakuza of his rank have.

Tony Ciarniello
Runs the Redmond branch of the Ciarniello mob family and has made an uneasy truce with the Yakuza by dividing up the Redmond Strip. Other ethnic syndicates have minor operations there but the majority of businesses are either under the protection of, or outright run by, one of these two organizations.

Roberto “Big Rick” Marchett
Ciarnello Family Consigliere, Big Rick is Tony Ciarniello's maternal uncle and his chief adviser. He operates as the main contact for doing business with the Ciarnello Family in the Redmond District. Big Rick can be found most evenings at the back table of the Jade Falcon, a mafia owned casino on the Redmond Strip.

Kang Boa
ID Manufacturer, Mr. Boa runs a very sophisticated data mining operation for the Yellow Lotus Triad. He employs a small group of in-house deckers that sift the matrix for personal information and turn that data into fabricated SIN’s. The workshop is in the back room of a Nu-Laundry franchise north of Touristville in Redmond.

Glitch
Leader of the "Brain Eaters" a mixed race street gang of tech heads operating out of Touristville. They are easy to pick out by the red Fez hats they all wear. The Brain Eaters are into smuggling and subcontracted matrix mayhem. Don't make the mistake of thinking these guys are just an online force though. They are quite happy to bash heads in with the baseball bats that they all carry if you make fun of their hats or if you have some tech that they want (and they think they can take you). Generally considered combat lightweights by the other local gangs, they stay alive by trading tech and skills to the surrounding heavy hitters.

Rhino
Current leader of the" Crimson Crush" one of the oldest gangs in Seattle. An all-ork gang emerging from the Night of Rage in 2039, the Crimson Crush defend their territory against any threats, especially human, whether it’s from law enforcement or racist groups like Humanis. They’re one of the most violent gangs in Redmond, but they ably protect their turf, (central Redmond, east of Touristville) which is among the largest in the Barrens. They provide for the residents of their neighborhoods, but not for free. They tax the people pretty hard and make bloody examples of those who don’t pay. As a result, central Redmond is one of the more stable and stressed parts of the Barrens.

Grinder
Leader of the all dwarf go gang "the Red Hot Nukes" they claim Hollywood and Route 202 as their territory. Grinder is a ex-Shadowrunner, a skilled rigger and an expert with explosives. Those skills also define the gang, initiation is disarming a bomb built by Grinder, no second chances.

Apex
The leader of the 162's, a Redmond gang of ghoul errand boys working with Tamanous, the international organlegging ring. The ghouls basically hunt in packs in the Barrens, picking off loners or small groups. They hand the healthy looking victims over to the chop shops to become spare-parts and they eat the rest, along with whatever scraps Tamanous doesn’t use. Fortunately, they only hunt at night and prefer to go after the weakest members of the herd; make a real show of force and they tend to run.

Carn-Evil
An old-school Halloweener rager. He’s been around long enough to have his own crew, and they have a rep as bloodthirsty and immoral. He dresses like a demonic clown and oversees most of the ’weener biz around the Jackal’s Lantern. He always has runs to offer, from wetwork to large-scale vandalism. He’s more than a bit crazy, though, so watch your back
